Testimony
Thomas Luke testifies that while he was dying from his former lifestyle, he begged God for mercy twice; later that evening, a young man entered the community where he was living and asked Thomas if he wanted to read a verse from a New Testament pocket Bible that he carried in his back pocket. Thomas replied, “Yes,” after reading the verse, he saw a bright light coming down upon the man’s head.
12 When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”

Thomas stated that he looked up and saw Jesus and the Lord was so bright he had to shut his eyes for fear of going blind, and he then he shouted with great joy like a little boy, “He’s real! Jesus Christ is real!” Thomas encountered the living God who saved and rescued him from the jaws of death on the evening of December 17, 2011.
11 But since I could not see because of the [glorious intensity and dazzling] brightness of that light, I was led by the hand by those who were with me and came into Damascus.

Amazed at how good Jesus was, Thomas told the Lord that he wanted to work for him for the remainder of his life. Jesus replied with a question. “Are you willing to pay the price?” Thomas replied, “Yes Lord I am!” he eventually became Rev. Dr. Thomas Luke, who has been following the Lord ever since. Thomas attributes his accomplishments to the verses listed below.
